Location
Killarney is the tourist capital of
lakes, waterfalls and the national park. It is also the
starting point for the famous
Ring of Kerry drive.
Participants should seriously consider spending some time (outside
of the conference duration,
of course) exploring its breathtaking natural beauty. Notable nearby
excursions include Muckross House
and Gardens, The Ring of Kerry, The Gap of Dunloe
and the
Lakes
of Killarney. General information about visiting
We are negotiating special
rates for companions. Depending on interest, we are
planning to organise a cruise of the lake (for everyone) and a day long
Ring of Kerry
tour (for companions).
