Depending on the parameter values used, even simple systems having Preisach
nonlinearity (like (3)) may exhibit extremely rich and
interesting behavior. First we describe the setup in which the study
of the
dynamics of (3) can be reduced to a 2-dimensional mapping.
Later we have some case studies, which include chaotic behavior due
essentially to Preisach nonlinearity.
Finally we provide an opportunity to experiment with different
parameter values using a, simple and easy to use, applet.
